graduating class of 168, based on superior academic achievement.

Attorney Musto was awarded an academic scholarship by
Marywood based on academic excellence, and was awarded Dean’s
List honors throughout his undergraduate career based on academic
achievement.

Other Experience:

Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Public Welfare, Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, since 2002

(In the position of Administrative Law Judge, Attorney Musto has conducted hearings and has written opinions in matters involving Medical Assistance payment for nursing facility care. Through that experience, Attorney Musto has gained significant insight into Elder Law issues, including asset protection strategies for those who are admitted to a nursing
facility or facing impending admission.)
